How long will the repair take ?
On average, a complex project from design development to delivery of the facility takes 1-1.5 years. The deadlines are always individual and largely depend on the size of the apartment, the complexity of the chosen design and construction solutions and the speed of decision-making by the customer.
How much will the repair cost?
It is also individual and depends on the complexity of the chosen solutions.Only the cost for developing a design project is fixed - 4,500 rubles/m2.Repair work will cost on average - 50-70 thousand rubles/m2.Finishing materials and furniture - no ceiling :) It depends only on your taste preferences.We, in turn, will make the purchase on our dealer terms (in some cases, discounts can reach up to 30-40%), and we will take a 15% commission from you on the amount of purchased items
Do you provide a guarantee for your work?
Yes, definitely. 12 months for civil works and 36 months for engineering.
Is there after construction service?
Yes. After the completion of the project, we provide you with an as-built diagram (with a plan of all networks and pipes). As well as instructions with important information about the apartment and the materials used.And we can provide additional maintenance service. We will draw up a schedule of service work (washing filters, control pressure testing of water supply and heating systems, checking the functionality of plumbing equipment, etc.). And we will complete the work according to schedule.
