The history of this project began in December 2018. Leila from AngaProject called us and said: “Guys, we have a client - singer and blogger Rita Dakota, are you interested in participating in this project?” We remembered Rita from the Star Factory, so we were ready for dialogue. And then... no, it didn’t work! Rita experienced life changes that delayed the start of the project by six months. We had already forgotten about this conversation, but Leila called again and said that Rita was ready for the meeting. And after this meeting things started to happen. In general, there was nothing extraordinary for us in the implementation of this project. We approach all our projects the same way – like we approach our own apartments, even better. And yet, it was not without its peculiarities.

For example, some contractors and suppliers worked through barter.

This concerned mainly furniture and finishing materials, but it also gave us a few problems.

You can’t tell it in a few words, but it turned out longer and more complicated.

Another point is the violation of our commandment: “don’t mess up” began to sparkle with new “prospects.”

If we mess up, then Rita’s 2.5 million subscribers, and at the same time all the yellow media, can find out about it.

Looking ahead, this story has a HAPPY END.

As work progressed, Rita made many changes to the project - girls are such girls.

In fact, even now, after all construction work has been completed, the project is being finalized and adjusted (for example, the guys are still thinking about the partitions in the master bathroom).

Although frequent changes stalled the process, we patiently accepted all the “edits” and, if necessary, reworked them.

In addition, all changes made required additional discussion and approval, but it was not always possible to quickly resolve issues, due to Rita’s busy schedule and frequent tours.

However, we understood all this from the beginning and were ready for such rules of the game.

The tiles deserve special mention.

Some impressive numbers:

Total volume of tiles laid on walls and floors in square and linear meters: 115.9

Total different types of tiles used: 7

Washed at 45 degrees: 24.5 m/p

Arrangement of holes of different diameters: 30 pcs.

Finishing cutting device (creating an imitation of a factory edge): 41.5 m/p

Warm floors: 40 sq.m

And also waterproofing, self-leveling floors, mesh reinforcement of waterproofing, etc.

This was a difficult stage and difficult tasks for our company. But we love this kind of thing, so we set to work with passion and are shamelessly pleased with the result.

The corners and junctions are ideal.

Almost the entire line of materials used is Mapei.

The tiles from the Porcelanosa factory pleased us with their geometry.

Then we had our first experience of working with Porcelanosa epoxy grout (I was very pleased - the fraction is fine, the seams are smooth and beautiful), painting with TOLLENS paint, and installation of plumbing and electrical equipment.

Ugh. Now we have reached the happy ending of this story. We invite you to look at everything and evaluate it in the photo.

There is still little furniture, and a lot still needs to be completed to turn this space into “a piece of Bali in Moscow,” as Rita originally wanted, but our participation in this project is successfully completed.

Let's get back to the project.

We got two apartments (95.4 and 30 m2), which we eventually turned into one space with a total area of 125.5 m2.

According to the designers' idea, it was supposed to be a space that included: a large dressing room, a children's room, an office, a children's bathroom and laundry room, a spacious kitchen-living room, a master bedroom and a huge bathroom for Rita.

Traditionally, we started with mobilization and dismantling, then smoothly moved on to the construction of walls and plastering work. Everything here is classic.

Next was the engineering block and sound insulation.

In order to save money, we plugged the electrical and water supply connections in a small apartment (having agreed in advance with the local management company).

The result was less equipment, fewer hatches, fewer bills. Isn't it lovely? The heating system from the Developer was completely replaced and beautiful modern tubular radiators IRSAP (Italy) were installed. In little Mia's room, the glazing from the Developer was replaced with warmer and higher quality ones. We also did comprehensive sound insulation of the walls of the nursery from neighbors and from the living room.

In the remaining rooms of the apartment, it was initially planned to do only basic sound insulation of the ceiling and floor.

ThermoZvukoIzol from Technosonus with a thickness of 14 mm was laid on the ceiling, and StopZvuk-BM soundproofing was installed on the floor.

However, during the repair work it turned out that audibility in this residential complex (excellent) is terrible. We even heard our neighbors' construction workers behind the wall discussing their plans for the day. Therefore, an urgent decision was made to build a pressure wall in the bedroom with a full “pie” of sound insulation. Now you can sleep peacefully.

A little about electrics.

We have a three-phase input from the Developer, the shield turned out to be large and not budget-friendly. Security cannot be on a budget.

We remind you that the main cause of fire, according to statistics, is poor-quality electrical equipment.

Everything here is done wisely, no need to worry.

From chips.

They provided a master switch for all lighting (and there is a lot of it), so as not to run around the entire apartment and not flip switches before leaving the house. One switch - one hand movement.

There’s nothing to say about the plumbing, just admire how beautiful the input unit is. All the most advanced and modern solutions and materials - everything for a quiet and quality life.

After we had sorted out all the utilities and pouring the screed, we began installing the plasterboard structures. Anga are fans of complex multi-level ceilings with a large number of niches for lighting. And this object was no exception. We fiddled with the ceiling quite a bit.
